What is covered/included in maintenance and support?

  • Access to all upgrades, new functionality and bug fixes as long as support and maintenance is current.
  • M – F 8AM to 5PM CDT/CST technical support related to the aPivot platform and all licensed modules.
  • Ability to submit requests for additional features. New requests if specific to customer additional fees required.
