Provide a platform/interface that allows Epicor E10 users to increase efficiency, throughput and gross profit margin by focusing on improving business processes, application automation, integrating shop floor artificial intelligence, integrating with external software, providing advanced reporting and most importantly providing an easy to use solution.
Who is aPivot?
Troy Nini and Andy Ludwig are IT industry veterans with over 45 years combined experience, including over 14 years of Epicor knowledge. Both have owned multiple successful businesses and have teamed up to develop a new API platform, aPivot.
Andy Ludwig – Partner of aPivot
Andy Ludwig is a tech guru and entrepreneur. He has extensive experience in technology, implementations, process improvement, infrastructure, customizing ERP applications, building custom web applications and developing efficient quote to cash business processes for multiple industries. Andy has a vision for success that hard work and determination coupled with good business ethics will generate industry leading results.
Previously, as a tools consultant employee of Epicor, Andy customized the Epicor E9 product for multiple clients to match their requirements. His products are still in use today. Prior to that, as Director of IT for a manufacturing and distribution company, he designed and implemented a fully redundant VMWARE infrastructure for internal disaster recovery between company locations, reduced IT budget by leasing hardware from Dell and standardizing all hardware. Andy also owned and operated a web development company that developed custom shopping carts, web applications and content management websites.
Andy has an in depth understanding of corporate strategies, structure, policies, processes and politics by virtue of his employment history with Home Interiors & Gifts, Frito-Lay and Verizon.

Troy Nini – Partner of aPivot
Troy Nini is a senior executive able to drive the strategic financial vision of a company. He has extensive experience and education in both accounting and technology. Troy can quickly assess a company’s needs and move their financial goals forward through the use of technology; for example business intelligence systems, automation, and integration. Troy believes in leading by example, which allows him to really understand the needs and dynamics of his team, enabling them to reach the company’s vision.
Currently Troy is utilizing his 26 years of financial, operational and technology experience to build business intelligence (BI) systems for companies. Working with the senior financial executives of the company Troy builds custom BI solution to provide the financial and operational metrics needed to ensure the highest profits possible.
Previously, as Chief Financial Officer CFO and VP of Operations for Source Direct, Troy was responsible for all financial operations of the company. During his first six years with the company Troy helped increased net income by 73%, gross profit by 35% and revenue by 30% year over year through process re-engineering and system automation. Utilizing extensive budgeting, forecasting and a diligent focus on cash as well as controlling expenditures, accelerating revenue, and finding external financing Troy was able to successfully manage working capital through two economic downturns. Prior to Source Direct, Troy demonstrated significant achievements building a custom payroll application for Frito-Lay, as well as other financial models used for capital acquisition. Troy began his career in accounting and the financial industries.
Troy holds an MBA / Economics from the Univ. of Texas at Arlington and he holds a BBA in Accounting from the Univ. of Texas at San Antonio. In addition, he is all but dissertation in completing his Ph.D. in Accounting from the Univ. of Texas at Arlington.
